1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at 770locksmithservice.com or by requesting locksmith services from 770 Locksmith, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our website or services.

770 Locksmith is a licensed California locksmith business operating in Orange County, California (License # LCO8612).

2. Services Provided

770 Locksmith provides mobile locksmith services throughout Orange County, California, including but not limited to:

• Car keys replacement and programming
• Car and residential lockout assistance
• Lock installation, repair, and rekeying
• Ignition repair and replacement
• Key duplication and key fob programming

All services are performed by a licensed California locksmith. We reserve the right to decline service at our discretion.

3. Service Authorization

By requesting our services, you confirm that:

• You are the legal owner of the vehicle or property, or have explicit authorization from the owner
• You have a legal right to access the vehicle, property, or lock in question
• You will provide valid government-issued identification upon request
• Providing false authorization is a violation of California law and these Terms

770 Locksmith reserves the right to request proof of ownership or authorization before performing any service. We are not liable for any service performed based on false or fraudulent authorization.

4. Pricing and Payment

• Service rates will be communicated prior to the commencement of work
• A service call/dispatch fee may apply depending on location and time of service
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Payment is due upon completion of service
• We accept cash and major credit/debit cards
• Quoted prices are estimates; final pricing may vary based on actual conditions encountered

5. Scheduling and Cancellations

We operate Sunday through Thursday 7:00 AM – 10:00 PM, and Friday 7:00 AM – 2:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays.

• Service requests are handled on a first-come, first-served basis
• Estimated arrival times are approximate and may vary due to traffic or prior service calls
• Cancellations should be made as soon as possible to avoid dispatch fees

6. Limitation of Liability

770 Locksmith takes all reasonable precautions to perform services safely and professionally. However, we are not liable for:

• Pre-existing damage to locks, doors, vehicles, or ignitions
• Damage resulting from worn, defective, or deteriorated locks/hardware
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services
• Delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.)

Our liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.

7. Warranty

770 Locksmith warrants that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. If you experience an issue directly related to our work, please contact us within 30 days of service and we will assess the situation and make reasonable efforts to resolve it at no additional charge.

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from misuse, third-party modifications, or normal wear and tear.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of 770 Locksmith and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Orange County, California.
